Maintenance
- Cut back herbs
- Spray for leave curl, once roughly half the leaves have dropped
- Turn, then cover your compost heap
- Mound up Leeks if already planted
- Rake up leaves and add to your compost
- Remove exhausted summer crops
- Snip off Strawberry runners and pot up for new plants
- Cover Rhubarb crowns with pea straw before frosts to protect them
- Prepare to cover frost tender plants with cloth or use Liquid Frost Cloth
- Cut back berry plants
