With all the gathering that goes on on our plot, there is usually a surplus of produce.

We give a lot away, and we certainly eat a lot, and of course we always preserve some.

Here is a collection of recipes that we’ve made with the many ingredients we have gathered in our edible garden – listed by the main ingredient.
